Who we are

Breezy Tour & Travel Inc. ("we", "us") is a travel agency based at 61 Point Breeze Avenue, Breezy Point, NY 11697. You can reach us at marilyn@breezytourandtravel.com or 718-945-3989.

What we collect and why

When you complete a form on this site we collect only what is needed to quote and arrange your travel:

• Contact details: name, email, phone, mailing address.
• Trip details: the trip you are interested in, dates, and number of travelers.
• Traveler identity details (sensitive): date of birth and, when needed to finalize a booking, passport number and expiry. Suppliers and governments require these for tickets and entry.
• Special requirements (sensitive): mobility, dietary, or accessibility needs. These can reveal health information, are optional, and are used only to arrange suitable services.
• Emergency contact: a person you nominate. Please make sure they know you shared their details.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

How we protect it

• Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
• Sensitive answers (date of birth, passport details, special requirements) are additionally encrypted before they are stored, and are never included in notification emails.
• Access to the administration area requires a verified login.
• Form responses are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which processes data on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to fulfil your booking: with the suppliers you choose (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers) and with service providers that host or deliver our systems (such as Cloudflare). We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Online form responses are deleted automatically after a fixed retention period (currently one year unless we tell you otherwise). Records we must keep for tax, accounting, or supplier requirements may be kept for longer in our booking files.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Residents of some places, including California and the European Economic Area or UK, have additional legal rights; we will honor them. Email marilyn@breezytourandtravel.com and we will respond within 30 days (45 days where the law allows).

Children

Our forms are for adults. If you are booking for a child, please provide only what is needed and do so as their parent or guardian.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
